The moisture content of fish products waste of about 65% or so. 53% of the fish product waste in the liquid phase state (a mixture of water, oil and suspended solids), can extract about 11% from fish product waste fish oil (using 7 kilograms of fish waste, can produce 3.71 kilograms of liquid phase, and extract 0.81 kg of fish oil from separating). Fish oil through chemical reaction process (methanol, potassium hydroxide and extracted from fish waste oil transesterification), eventually into biodiesel fuel. Per liter of fish oil can produce 0.9 liters of biodiesel. Biodiesel made no sulfur or may lead to air pollution material. In Iran, fish product waste as a sustainable source of biodiesel production, considerable potential. |
