We are hereby notified as follows:
One, execute time and scope
Since June 1, 2014, Huang Bohai, the East China Sea, the South China Sea area three full implementation of the marine fishing with fishing gear and the transition gear quasi minimum mesh size of the relevant system, the minimum mesh size standards see Annex 1, 2.
Two, the main content
(a) based on the existing research foundation and actual production of marine fishing, fishing gear system is divided into a quasi minimum mesh size of fishing gear and fishing gear with two types of transition. Four, the relevant requirements
